1.) Can WMSoft be accessed any where?
A. WMSoft is based on Three Tier architecture on .NET Technology & SQL 2000/2005 Database. It can be accessed globally.

2.) Can security levels be created?
A. WMSoft has User admin Access Control where a user can be defined the screens as per the role and actions.

3.) Will WMSoft make automatic calculation of Duties like Import Duty, central excise duty, CVD, VAT, CST, LST etc?
A. WMSoft has in built ‘Duty Calculator’ which will automatically calculate the duty & based on configured business rules.

4.) Can Sales Invoice, commercial invoice, excise invoice will be generated from WMSoft?
A. WMSoft can generate the Invoice as per the requirement.

5.) Does WMSoft give alerts?
A. Alerts can be created based on the Module and requirement of the customer alerts can be given in the form of Automated Emails, Pop – ups & Reports.

6.) Can MIS reports be created?
A. MIS reports can be customized on the customer requirements.

7.) Does WMSoft support bonded warehouse also?
A. WMSoft support bonded warehouse, normal warehouse for both 3 PLs and Enterprises.

8.) Can WMSoft be integrated with any 3rd Party Host System?
A. Yes, WMSoft has already integrated with any 3rd Party Host Systems for our existing Customers. Preferably by Offline Batch Mode Method in Excel Format.

9.) Does WMSoft support the Inventory Control?
A. Yes Inventory module is available which covers order lot quantity, re order revel, re order level quantity.

10.) Does WMSoft can be integrated with Bar code and RFID?
A. WMSoft can be integrated with Bar code and RFID.

11.) Does serial nos. of the SKU can be captured?
A. Serial nos of both the SKUs and Packs can be captured.
