Brief:

In today’s competitive world, the primary focus of any organizations is on improving customer service. Summary:

The client was on the lookout for a solution that would help in tracking of material, stock inwards, Despatches, synchronization of data, order processing, and overall better control of their warehouse operations. Also the client was interested in a system that would allow them to monitor their customer SLA's with respect to the warehouse operation and to achieve agreed service levels.

The Choice:

Infolog Solutions proposed the implementation of their Warehouse Management System WMSoft, which aids 3PL's to run the warehouse in an efficient and cost effective manner. It allows the warehouse management team to have a complete overview of all activities within the warehouse environment.  The software can interface into any ERP system, albeit the customers own back office solution or that used by the 3pl provider.

The Solution:

Infolog Solutions provided a managed Web based total solution with WMSoft, which could provide the client with comprehensive information and monitoring of their overall warehousing activities. With a single click of mouse, total stock inwards, Despatches for any required time period is made available to the client in a matter of few seconds, which was not the case, before implementing WMSoft.

The Result:

Now the Company can view the performance of each warehouse with respect to the service and profitability. Since all SLA's are maintained in WMSoft, the client can monitor the warehouse operations to achieve the agreed service levels with their customers. WMSoft is designed in such a way each branch can maintain their customers billing (income for the warehouse) and capture the expenses of the warehouse. At any point of time one can view the profitability of the warehouse based on clients sitting at their Head Office.

With the help of WMSoft one can see the improved customer service levels and enhances the overall warehouse operation. Data accuracy and inventory accuracy both improved. Mistakes are pushed to an absolute minimum. Deliveries are timely, shipments are accurate and customers stay happy.
