A. Yes. RMSoft is a Web based application, with Three Tier architecture on .NET Technology & SQL 2000 / 2005 Database. It can be accessed globally.
2.) Can security levels be created?
A. Yes. RMSoft has User admin Access Control where a user can be defined with the access to screens as per the role and actions.
3.) Does RMSoft give alerts?
A. Alerts can be created based on the Module and requirement of the customer alerts can be given in the form of Automated Emails, Pop – ups & Reports.
4.) What are the modules which are covered for Return Management?
A.The Modules covered in Return Management are Repair & Return, Repair & Replacement and Advance Replacement Modules with Warranty / AMC Management.
5.) Is there any Portal for logging the Customer Return Material?
A. Yes, there is a Portal for logging in the Customer Return Material Form & on Approval the RMA No. is allotted for the RMA Request’s.
6.) How does the customer get RMA No. for the Logged Call? A.Customer will receive an Auto-mailer or when he logs into the portal, he can see the RMA no. for the Call Logged in the Dashboard of the portal.
7.) Can MIS reports be created?
A. Many MIS Reports are available & can be customized based on the customer requirements.
8.) Can RMSoft be integrated with any 3rd Party Host System?
A. Yes. RMSoft can be integrated with any of the 3rd Party Host Systems. Preferred in Excel Format by Offline Batch Mode Method.
9.) Will RMSoft supports only the Return Material Operation of an Organization?
A. RMSoft has other modules like Inventory Management, Location Management & SLA Management tightly integrated with Return Materials Module to give an added advantage to the organization.
