A. FFSoft is based on Three Tier architecture on .NET Technology & SQL 2000/2005 Database. It can be accessed globally. Internet is must.

A. FFSoft has User admin Access Control where a user can be defined the screens as per the role and actions.

3.) Will FFSoft make automatic calculation of Taxes for all the required financial concepts?
A. FFSoft had in built ‘Duty Calculator’ which will automatically calculate the taxes based on configured business rules.

4.) Will FFSoft make automatic calculation of Chargeable weight and CBM?
A. FFSoft has the inbuilt feature of automatically calculating the Chargeable Weight and CBM if the Dimension (LBH) of the product is given.

5.) Will FFSoft maintain the stock of AWB?
A. Yes. AWB inventory for Master and House Air Waybill’s are maintained separately.

6.) Does the Software validate the Master Air Waybill numbers? A. Yes. FFSoft has the inbuilt feature of validating the MAWB numbers as per the IATA Standards.

7.) Is it possible to print MAWB from the Software?
A. Yes. FFSoft allows printing of House and Master Air Waybill’s as per the IATA prescribed format. If required the same can be customized as per the customers requirement.
