Our Products are designed by Functional Consultants having over two decades of experience in the fields. These design inputs are well documented with sign-off from all stake holders

Products are developed as under

1. General Product Framework like login pages, banner page, Menus, Dashboard layout etc. have been developed and tested well. These set of pages are common to all our products. This constitutes about 10 - 15% of our application and to that extent the quality is ascertained.
2. For each unit development, a separate specification shall be worked out with due deliberations along with test cases. The specification is hand-over to our Software Engineers for Page(s) designing and upon completion of it, the unit is firstly tested by the Software Engineer themselves, secondly by the software testers based on the test cases and specification.
3. The tested piece of Unit is later taken into our VSS (Visual source Safe) for regression testing.
4. The tests log-sheet shall be documented for future references by our team.
5. Overall Product testing shall be done by the Product-Lead along with the Software Tester. The observations are recorded and variance report is drawn between the Unit Level Testing and the overall testing. These differences are also recorded and acted upon.
6. Design and Specifications are also be worked out for all reports and registers that the product should contain. The reports are built with standard reporting tools and tested by the software engineer, testers and Product-Leads before incorporating it in our standard version.

Any changes in the process designed, these changes are controlled through our Change Control Procedures The Design Specification document is amended with and the impacts are measured based on Time & Cost (T & C) factor. Upon approval, each Piece of Unit (Pages) are modified or re-written and tested.

Our Company is also aiming for SEI CMM-Level 4 Certification and due preparations to achieve the same is underway.
