Infolog Solutions introduces EOSoft,WMSoft & FFSoft on SaaS Model
The Software products developed by Infolog Solutions have now been made available as a hosted solution instead of a capex model. Companies who hitherto would not have to pay huge sums upfront in buying the software, can now opt to pay for the software on a monthly basis, just like paying for their telephone or broadband services. The software will be hosted in either a full feature or module wise mode on high speed, reliable web servers owned by Infolog Solutions.All Data on these servers are backed up on a daily basis, necessary data recovery measures. Customers will be allocated a specific data transfer speed with 5 GB of server storage space. Customer will be provided with secure user id & password and by using their web browser, can start entering their daily transactions and can take the print out of reports at any point of time.
Why the SaaS model?
We came to understand that, some customers were not willing to invest on software, hardware and on periodic application support but would rather pay on a per-per-use model or rental model, which is what SaaS is all about. When they opt for this model, customers need not have to go for the outright purchase of the Software, but instead pay for the Software on monthly basis, without the additional investment in Hardware and other maintenance costs.
